if ppl wanna send naked pics of them self to others
den datz dey business & they shouldn't be charged with pornography unless there acting in a sexual manner.

people that send these pictures out have to know its possible it wont be kept private. so if it gets spread around, that's there very own fault.
NOWWWW. IF SOMEONE TAKES A PICTURE OF SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT THERE CONSENT, THATS WRONG. AND IF IT IS A CHILD THEN THAT COULD BE CONSIDERED CHILD PORNOGRAPHY WHICH IS ILLEGAL.
for the most part i dont have anything against the law. i just think its ridiculous at all the commotion going on about sexting "talking thru text sexually & sending pictures".
the same thing goes for texting as the pictures. if someone is talking about sex over text its possible that it wont be kept private so hey, it is what it is, one has to take responsibility for their own actions. thats all i have to say on the matter.
